BonodokuPrivacy Policy
The short version. Bonodoku does not ask for an account, does not track you, and does not sell or share your personal information. Your game progress stays on your own device. If that ever changes, for example if a future version shows ads, we will update this policy before that version is released and, where the law requires it, ask for your permission first.
This policy explains how DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC, of Amman, Jordan ("DIRWAAS", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Bonodoku mobile game (the "App") and the website bonodoku.com (the "Site"), together the "Services". By using the Services you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Information in the App
The App does not require or offer an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or other personal details.
To make the game work, the App stores the following only on your device: your game progress (levels, stars, Daily puzzles and streaks, collected Bonos, unfinished puzzles and undo steps), your settings (such as sound, music, haptics, auto dots and reminders), and whether you have bought an in-app purchase. This information is not sent to us. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you if you delete the App or lose your device. Your device's own backup service (for example iCloud Backup or Google backup) may include it in your device backups under that provider's terms.
The App does not contain analytics, tracking or advertising software from us or from third parties at the date above, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier.
2. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card details, billing address or store account credentials. The store tells the App whether a purchase was completed so the App can unlock it, and we may receive aggregated sales reports from the store that do not identify you. Please see Apple's and Google's privacy policies for how they handle your purchase information.
3. Advertising
The current version of the App does not show advertising. A future version may show ads, served by a third-party ad network such as Google AdMob. Before any such version is released we will update this policy to describe exactly what the ad network collects (typically device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad interactions) and why. Where required, including under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and applicable consent laws, we will ask for your permission before any personalized advertising, and you will always be able to decline and still play. Buying "Remove Ads", where offered, turns ads off.
4. Notifications
If you switch on the optional daily reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device. Local notifications are created and delivered by your device's operating system; no information is sent to us. You can turn reminders off in the App or in your device settings at any time.
5. App stores and platform providers
Apple and Google operate the stores from which you download the App and the operating systems it runs on. They may collect information about you and your device (for example downloads, purchases, crash reports and diagnostics you agree to share with them) under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. If you have agreed to share diagnostics with app developers, the store may give us aggregated, de-identified crash and performance reports, which we use only to fix problems.
6. The website
The Site is a static website. We do not set cookies, and the Site includes no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers and no sign-up or contact form. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the Site from abuse. The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc., which necessarily processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request in order to deliver the Site securely, block attacks and keep it fast. Cloudflare may store limited logs for security purposes under its own privacy policy. We do not currently use website analytics; if that changes, we will update this policy first. Because we do not track visitors across sites, the Site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include, and we use them only to answer you, provide support, and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send us sensitive personal information.
8. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services; to answer your messages; to comply with legal obligations; and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
9. Legal bases
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation), we rely on: performing our agreement with you (providing the game and support you ask for); our legitimate interests in running secure, working Services and answering messages, balanced against your rights; your consent where we ask for it (you may withdraw it at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.
10. Sharing
We share information only: with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions (such as Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding, and our email provider); with Apple or Google as needed to operate purchases and the stores; when required by law, court order or a competent authority; to protect the rights, property or safety of DIRWAAS, our users or others, including to enforce our Terms of Use; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the information remains subject to the promises in this policy.
11. Retention
Game data stays on your device until you delete the App or its data. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, generally not more than three years, unless the law requires or permits longer. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for short periods under its policies.
12. International transfers
We are based in Jordan, and our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the small amount of information we handle, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children
Bonodoku is a family-friendly game for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App does not ask anyone for personal information. If a future version includes ads, we will configure them in line with the laws that protect children (such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and store rules for families, for example by limiting ads to non-personalized, age-appropriate content where required. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for instance by email, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because the App keeps your game data only on your device, you can view and delete it yourself at any time by deleting the App. For information we hold (such as emails), write to hello@bonodoku.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires and may need to verify your request.
16. Regional notices
Jordan
We process personal data in accordance with the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and its regulations, including your rights to be informed, to access and correct your data, and to withdraw consent.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work.
United States, including California
In the preceding 12 months we have not sold or shared personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16. The only categories we may collect are identifiers and communications you send us by email (to provide support) and internet activity processed by our host to deliver the Site securely. To the extent those laws apply to us, California and other US residents may exercise the rights described in section 15, including through an authorized agent, and we will treat legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out, although we do not sell or share personal information.
17. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, if the changes are material, give notice in the App or on the Site before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
